Dubai is the kind of place u can decide at 1am on a saturday that you need a custom bloodtest & a deep cleaning and the nurse will arrive at 7am while the cleaner arrives at 8 & you had to talk to absolutely no one to make this happen

Dubai has the most unrealistic standards for government services. I wanted to rent a car on Sunday, had the thought on Saturday night. I realized I need an Emirati license as I am a resident so have to convert my current one.
Started my application online, went to the 24/7 happiness centre that processes any government related issue. Got an eye test, waited 2 minutes, got the new license printed on the spot. Whole thing took 30 minutes. They even had a cafe in the centre and were walking around with a jug giving out arabic coffee. I love this place
