Rural homelessness is a growing emergency. People experiencing homelessness face unique challenges, communities become destabilised and families dispersed because local people do not have a place to call home.
Here at CRHA we are doing what we can to help.

🔴 We've secured a further £4.5m from the government’s Household Support Fund to help low-income households in Cornwall with the ongoing cost of living crisis.

We want to work with govt to end this crisis & build 1.5m homes, but our research shows this is not possible without a significant increase in funding.

We’re calling on the government to rebuild capacity within the social housing sector by providing long term certainty on rent policy, funding for investment in existing homes, and boosting and extending the Affordable Homes Programme.
