Three armed agents banged on the American driver’s cab while he slept. ICE targeted him because he looked “foreign”, that is unconstitutional profiling: ethnicity or appearance alone cannot justify detention - MAGA always gets this wrong.
When he challenged their excuse, an agent threatened a “whole DOT inspection” and pressed him for his CDL. Government cannot use regulatory power to punish protected speech or refusal to answer voluntary questioning. That raises a serious First Amendment retaliation issue.
