URGENT @Emirates (Inbound & Outbound). I am stranded in Tirana, Albania with no solution, no rebooking and no communication from YOU. My Outbound TIA→FCO→DXB→BLR was cancelled by your ITA Airways partner. The ONLY email I received was from ITA stating CANCELLED. REF: GAWGV2

@EmiratesSupport @emirates @itairways has sent ZERO emails. ZERO updates. ZERO rebooking options. ZERO communication. Nothing. I had to physically walk to ITA’s counter (NO SHOW) at Tirana Airport myself in search of a person who isn't AVAILABLE.
