As you roll out new features, offer them to LTD customers as an up charge, thus turning them into monthly recurring revenue (MRR) clients. For Waqar, if his normal customers were paying $100/mo, the upsells ensured his LTD customers brought in $20-$30/mo, which helps cover the costs of supporting them.
