A true honor to co-host former Irish Prime Minister @EndaKennyTD on A Book With Legs w/ @Cole_Smead.
We dove further into the lasting effects of the potato famine & explored the trajectory of the Irish people to present day.
Thx for your time Taoiseach, always a pleasure! 🙏🏻🇮🇪
The latest episode of A Book with Legs is here!
In this special bonus episode, @Cole_Smead and @ConorForAZ sit down with former Taoiseach of Ireland @EndaKennyTD to dive deeper into Ireland’s rich history and the Great Famine. They also explore the spread of the Irish people and their modern identity. Kenny reflects on his experience as a politician, including run-ins with U.S. Presidents and what it means to be a leader.

This is awesome - I was born a few blocks from here and Grafton Street (and the @BewleysIreland coffee shop in particular) is a family vacation favorite. So much FOMO not being there, but what a great surprise for those who were!! @U2
Flying from Vancouver to Newark today; interesting how “normalcy” has returned to work travel on 9/11. On some level, it shows human resilience. But we can #neverforget the tragic events of 25yrs ago. Many young ppl are blissfully unaware & we cannot let history repeat itself 🙏🏻
RIP Cliff Robinson - I had the good fortune of watching him drop 50 (!!!) for the @Suns at America West Arena back in high school 🙏🏻
We lost a cool dude my guy always i am glad I got the chance to play with him Rest Easy champ ! @trailblazers C-Rob
This hurts - I was in the first “graduating class” at Desert Canyon (‘97) & our kids were at Laguna & Copper Ridge SIMULTANEOUSLY at one point. I know CRS has faced declining enrollment challenges for years, but entire neighborhoods were literally built around these schools… 😢
Three options are currently being considered by Scottsdale Unified for more school closures. One school, Laguna Elementary, is on all three lists. abc15.com/news/region-northe…
This is really good stuff - what a heartfelt tribute to our incredible state! 🏜️
Congrats @LarryFitzgerald 🙌🏻

🏆 Who was the best stock picker on In the Money over the past year?
The answer is @Cole_Smead
His conviction in resources, specifically energy, paid off in a big way. From Cenovus (TSX: CVE) to Strathcona Resources (TSX: SCR) and Glencore (LSE: GLEN), his picks delivered massive gains—some climbing more than 120%.
Executive Producer Jillian Glickman and Amber Kanwar break down why Cole topped the leaderboard, why understanding the why behind the performance matters, and how higher oil prices helped fuel these winning calls.

HAPPY 250th BIRTHDAY AMERICA!! 🇺🇸 🗽🦅
Thankful for those who sacrificed so much for us to have the freedom we have today. We can NEVER take it for granted.
Grateful for the first responders who are tirelessly battling the wildfires in AZ through the holiday to keep us safe 🙏🏻
This was truly wild to watch in real time. VAR also ruled it as a goal before then somehow saying NOT a goal minutes later?!? Highway robbery!!

Great book!
Had the opportunity to discuss the story with @maxfrumes. @ConorForAZ hosted the episode with me.

Interesting read through on the separation of the land business and the homebuilders too.

George H.W. Bush kept his assets in a blind trust, as did Bill Clinton. Neither Obama nor Biden traded stocks or bonds while in office. 3,700 trades is probably more than all the trades of all the presidents until now. And he is trading stocks that are affected by his decisions. A walking conflict of interest, at the least, and perhaps insider trading. Just as members of Congress should not be able to trade stocks, so too the president. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
We should def have term limits. House terms should be 4 years (not 2, end the perma-campaign cycle!) and limits should be 3 House terms + 2 Senate terms (12 years in each).
Trading individual stocks as an employee on Wall St is v difficult; why should Congress be any different??

Real story:
Judge was about to throw out the case bc Trump controls both parties.
Before it’s dismissed, Trump tells both parties to reach a “settlement.”
Settlement shields Trump from any future audit and creates a secret slush fund that can dole out money to anyone with no transparency.
Mind-boggling corruption.
@SpeakerJohnson - you may not know it, but your job is to conduct oversight of the admin. You can’t run away from this one.
NEWS -- President Trump is expected to drop his $10 billion lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service in exchange for the creation of a $1.7 billion fund to compensate allies who claim they were wrongfully targeted by the Biden administration, sources tell me @PCCharalambous @alex_mallin abcnews.com/US/trump-poised-…

Thank you @DrAmishShah for this masterclass in how to get off on the wrong foot right out of the gate in an interview. Def a teachable moment for anyone looking what not to do in an interview. #Az01
This interview with @DrAmishShah didn't get off to a great start. We went on to discuss why @dccc endorsed his #AZ01 opponent, Marlene Galan Woods, despite Shah’s having defeated her in 2024. #AZ01 #SundaySquareOff youtube.com/watch?v=uUglYJpi…
So @DrAmishShah accused me of lying on “Square Off” w/ @brahmresnik today!
He at least admitted he was never a D until 2016, AFTER he voted in the R primary (see voting history).
He told @arizonaagenda in ‘24 that he voted for Trump “to help Hillary,” but now he denies it?? 🤔
And if you want to watch the whole segment (which is comically unhinged!), you can see it here, or tune in Sunday on @arizona12news:

Amish is a walking, talking version of the “Get in there and make it about YOU!” meme… 🤣
Well @ElectMRG did the right thing - time for @TrebleForAZ & @RickMcCartneyAZ to follow suit.
Either @marleneforAZ or @DrAmishShah WILL be the nominee. Staying in risks us losing the general AGAIN w/ the wrong candidate.
Save your political (and actual) capital & get out now!
