Quietly becoming the fastest growing payments company here at @0xPolygon.

Polygon Labs stopped competing with blockchains a while ago. We’re a payments company that uses blockchains to move money.
Closing Coinme means we now run the regulated conversion layer ourselves. Time to put volume through it.

Plasma will shut down its chain in 2027. Stable will follow. Tempo and Arc will probably survive the longest.
Tempo still generates just $5–10 a day in network fees. After raising $500 MILLION.
The new wave of “payment L1s” might be one of crypto’s most expensive copy-paste experiments.
And what’s actually happening on these chains? Mostly the same recycled DeFi stack. Uniswap, Aave, lending protocols, DEXes, swaps. The exact same stuff already running everywhere.
Hundreds of millions spent building new L1 infrastructure for products that could’ve been deployed on existing chains.
For what? Seriously, why the fuck do these chains even exist?
I think 2027 will be the year these so-called payment L1s start shutting down one by one.

WOW! $4.5B in volume already on @Polymarket perps and they havent even been publicly live for a month.
Hyperliquid owns the perps-native trader today.
Polymarket might be the one that takes perps mainstream.

Big day for Polygon!
Polygon is now a fully regulated payments company. With the completion of the Coinme acquisition, Polygon Open Money Stack is now a U.S. regulated payments platform, with coverage across 48 states.
We’ve spent years building the infrastructure to move money onchain. Today, we have more of the infrastructure, licenses, technology and distribution to make that happen.
With Open Money Stack, teams can make onchain money movement seamless for people and businesses, bringing stablecoins into everyday payments.
And the first customers are putting it to work: @Tazapay for cross-border business payments, @Meshpay for account funding, @useToku for global payroll and Kira for U.S. dollar access.
Proud of everyone who made this happen. This is a massive milestone. And we are just getting started!!

Introducing automated payout runs: live in Polygon Open Money Stack.
Set the recipients, budget, and run window once. Then pay sellers, contractors, or creators on time, without needing a signature for every transfer.

Polygon protocol burnt 100M POL(~1% of supply) 2 weeks back powered by fees generated on the network
Already 22M POL more(~0.20% of supply) is lined for next stage of burn
Plus we haven’t disclosed to the fullest extent how Polygon OMS impacts $POL (soon)
Last week was 2nd consecutive week where OMS processed more 1b Volume annualised
Hate it or love it, Polygon is not here to survive and coast along, we couldve simply rested on laurels, Polygon plays for the win. Let us cook a bit more, I know its been almost 3 years since April 2023 of crawling, losing, made fun of, called names, waiting and working my ass off for my day of reckoning🤞

Polygon ecosystem is quietly going a revival.
If Polygon was an L1 it would be valued 10-20x higher cuz we beat most L1s asses on most of the metrics. 👀
Polygon ranks 3rd in app market share at 8.8%, behind only Ethereum and Base. Developer share: 8.1%, also 3rd.
Builders keep choosing the chain. The full $POL breakdown:
In case you missed it 👀
TRON is now part of @0xPolygon's Open Money Stack, making it easier for fintechs and remittance providers to enable USDT payments and transfers.

I’ve been in crypto for 9 years. Writing about Polygon for 6.
For almost 5 of those years, $POL has been going down.
And for 5 years I’ve heard the same shit almost every day:
Polygon is dead.
The token is dead.
Polymarket is leaving.
Polygon is finished.
So yes - when actually dead chains finally shut down, I’m going to make fun of it.
At the same time, I genuinely wish their teams nothing but love and good luck with whatever they build next.
Polygon earned its place here.
It survived.
It deserves a comeback.
And I believe that comeback isn’t far away.

Sandeep, your turn. Polygon should be next.
1 Clean up all the legacy mess on Ethereum and make $POL (or $MATIC) the only native asset, issued natively on Polygon L1.
2 Get a major $POL allocation into Polymarket’s hands - OTC, in exchange for equity, or however you structure it. Make Polygon Labs/Foundation and Polymarket the two major stewards of the network.
Then move forward together.

Move money anyway you want, anywhere you want in one integration.
Only on Polygon Open Money Stack.
With @trondao now live on @0xPolygon OMS, the two chains bring a combined $31.9T in stablecoin volume to date.
↳ 98.5% of stablecoin volume on TRON moves via $USDT
↳ 74.3% of stablecoin volume on Polygon moves via $USDC
Combined volume hit a record $828B in September.

Moving between bank funds and TRON just got simpler. 🔻
@0xPolygon’s Open Money Stack now supports TRON, giving fintechs, remittance providers, and payment platforms a more streamlined way to connect banking rails with blockchain infrastructure.
