→ Order monitoring
Today, looking at 6,015 shipped orders over the last 90 days, I'm reminded of something:
Growth doesn't happen when the opportunity arrives.
Growth happens when you've prepared for the opportunity before it arrives.
Q4 is going to bring more volume, more pressure, and more operational challenges. Our focus is simple:
Build the system → Execute consistently → Handle the volume → Keep improving.
I'm excited to see what the next few months bring for our team and our clients.
Don't prepare for the opportunity when it comes. Prepare before it comes.
