NEWS: The U.S. Supreme Court just granted a stay of execution for Ruben Gutierrez in Texas! This means that Ruben will not be executed today and the lower courts must consider his legal challenges.

Please @GovAbbott @GregAbbott_TX stop the scheduled execution of #RubenGutierrez. If you believe in the sanctity of life so strongly then SURELY YOU WILL DO THE RIGHT THING TO PRESERVE IT. The DNA evidence must be tested! This is not justice.
