Something happened at work recently, and honestly, I haven’t been able to decide what to do about it. There’s this female coworker I’ve always been cool with. We talk during breaks, joke around, and sometimes help each other with work. A few days ago, she asked me to stay behind after closing because she wanted to tell me something privately. At first, I thought it was something personal, but then she told me that one of our male coworkers had been making her uncomfortable for weeks. According to her, he kept making inappropriate comments about her body, asking her to meet him outside work, and sending her messages even when she made it clear she wasn’t interested. She said she had been trying to handle it herself because she didn’t want people at work gossiping about her.
