There's no chance SpaceX will be at 1 trillion in revenue. That promise is the same as Tesla's 20 million cars by 2030. The only way they get to 1 trillion revenue is off the backs of cyber cab and Optimus.

But to answer your question directly if the offer is 3 to 1 without an all-time high floor, then that's a no from me.

He can't do that, he needs the revenue from cybercab + optimus for his master plan. SpaceX future financials are grossly exaggerated. Plus a lot of his wealth is tied to Tesla. No chance of him putting all AI initiatives in SPCX.

In solidarity with the young 15 year old lad arrested for sharing this image of a politician. You know what to do people. Let’s flood X with this.

The only way 3 to 1 happens is if we get a floor of $500, otherwise there's not a snowball chance in hell it passes. Institutions won't give up their voting power for a straight 3 to 1. And retail bagholders will scoff at such an offer.

Best reason to hold $TSLA into a $SPCX merger? If it clears a 50/50 ratio then the current ~30% spread closes and you get SpaceX exposure cheaper than buying SPCX outright today. Same destination. Lower entry. Ratio locks at signing. Every SPCX run-up after that rides on the TSLA shares you kept. Sell TSLA for SPCX and lose the discount.

Even Elon Musk gets no say on the terms other than YES/NO when a deal is done. And he founded both companies. He recused himself. Shareholders don’t dictate terms either. But we can - and did! - ask for considerations in the negotiated exchange ratio based on the stock’s All Time High, internal revenue projections and CyberCab + Optimus scaling.

"Elon's gonna rob Tesla holders in this merger" 🙄 Bro… read the 10-Q. He controls ~80% of SpaceX votes. At Tesla? ~20%. No deal without Tesla's independent committee signing off. Then it goes to shareholders. The little guy finally has a seat at the table. And nobody's talking about it 🍺

The announcement will come before the end of the year. Musk is the controlling shareholder of SpaceX so no one on that side can stop him. They don't even need a vote. The longer we go before an merger the more likely it gets blocked. Musk won't risk losing this chance.

Fair point. But they will be sued no matter what with this merger. I don't think the fact they didn't mention it at the IPO is going to stop Musk. In any case the lockups will be over by the time the merger is done. Musk has urgency to get this done for a number of reasons.

To me it seems it could come any day now.

What are you basing that off of?

Be careful of SpaceX putting an offer our to buy TSLA. The price could jump up to 30% overnight if the committees can agree on a fair premium.

I've been all in TSLA since 2022. Mostly TSLA calls at the moment

I don't think it is half that. It may be 10% per year. You have the same reasoning as I did in 2021. Elon said we will be growing deliveries by 50% per year until 2030. If it was even half that it would have been crazy growth. But it didn't happen. And it won't happen for SpaceX.

🚨✍️ Calling on the Tesla Board & Special Committee to pursue a merger with SpaceX. The shareholder letter is live. Read it and sign if you agree. Share it with friends & family. Thank you to @Amy787 for drafting this so well. surveymonkey.com/r/mergealre… We want the combined company focused on building, not bureaucracy.
