Ever tried.
Ever failed.
No matter.
Try again.
Fail again.
Fail better.
You won't believe what you can accomplish by attempting the impossible with the courage to repeatedly fail better.

My aunty who is a sickle-cell disease victim could be the reason we eat chicken in a certain restaurant, or function in Kampala.
Her income comes from broiler chickens and roasted groundnuts. She sells a few kilos a month and about 200–300 chickens every six weeks.
It may seem small, but to her it is a real source of hope. It covers her living costs and, most importantly, her sickle-cell treatment. This is how she has survived into her late 40s.
To me she played both father and mother. That is why I cannot leave her to live alone, given she has no children.
Why share this? I am proud of her. She is my number 1 hero.
One day, standing at Ablestate and watching through the window as she passionately carried chickens to a customer’s vehicle, I connected the dots: my optimism comes from her.
Through that optimism I want to help her solve a problem.
Her biggest challenge is a language barrier that makes it hard to use technology in her life and business. Always bedridden, she could not go to school and never learned English.
I want to use Hermes Agent to build a tool that helps her manage her business more efficiently.
I believe this will give her more courage to live, more hope to support others such as unemployed women, and perhaps inspiration for drug addicts. She could even set up an abattoir to add value to the chickens and raise yields.
I only need to make the bookkeeping agent in Luganda or teach her a few English terms.
I will share progress here.
Any advice, suggestion or support is appreciated.
Feel free to share. You never know who might be inspired.

ai starts with python
but learnin' python isn't the same as learnin' how to use it for ai
this book helps you go beyond python syntax and learn how to use it to work with data, build machine learnin' models, and develop the foundations you need to step into ai

You do not need to learn everything in AI.
You need to learn it in the right order.
Beginners often jump straight into LLMs, agents, and complex frameworks because they look exciting.
But without strong foundations, progress becomes slow, confusing, and difficult to sustain.
Here is the AI roadmap I recommend:
1. Python Programming
Learn syntax, functions, data structures, object-oriented programming, NumPy, and problem-solving.
2. Mathematics for AI
Build a practical understanding of linear algebra, probability, statistics, and calculus.
3. Data Handling and SQL
Learn how to clean, transform, analyze, and query data using Pandas and SQL.
4. Machine Learning
Study supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and practical projects.
5. Deep Learning
Understand neural networks, backpropagation, CNNs, optimization, and modern architectures.
6. NLP, Transformers, and LLMs
Move into embeddings, attention, tokenization, fine-tuning, prompting, and generative AI applications.
7. MLOps and Model Deployment
Learn how to package, deploy, monitor, version, and maintain models in production.
The goal is not to finish every resource before building.
Learn the fundamentals, create small projects, identify your gaps, and improve through repetition.
Comment “Learn” and I’ll share the detailed learning guide with all the resources shown in the video.
