A big reason I decided to get fully vaccinated (Moderna) is so I could safely visit my mother, who I haven’t seen in well over a year. I had my reservations, but my mom’s reaction to me surprising her on her birthday was so great I’d get vaccinated 50 more times if need be.

Job titles are a crazy thing. They show accomplishment (I’m the first Black Principal Engineer at VMware ever). They are used as a blunt weapon (I’m Senior and you are not). But don’t say anything about how fairly a person is paid or how good/advanced they are at their job.
