Even the Constitution requires a court to interpret it, because individuals have fools for council.
The chaos and consequences of not having a supreme court, with each and every American interpreting it on their own, would be mortal.
Prots are playing with spiritual mortality.

Her husband tried confessing to a Protestant pastor.
The pastor froze.
Catholic priests didn't because John 20 gave them the power.

Death can come suddenly. Always be in a state of grace. Go to confession frequently. Avoid all sin but especially mortal sin.
Be in a state of constant prayer.

Could a Fallible Church ➡️Canonize ➡️an Infallible Bible?
Let’s unpack the principle of causality — and the metaphysical truth that an effect can never be greater than its cause — and see what it means for Scripture. ✝️ 🧵

As suggested by @CodeNameOFP - I am asking Catholic Twitter for help in getting to Mass. I hate to do this, because I feel as though I’m taking advantage of people, but becoming a Catholic is so important to me.

The Jews react in a similar way in St John's Gospel when Christ says that men must eat his flesh in order to have eternal life. "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" The Eucharist is not dirt, it is not mere bread, it is the flesh of the Incarnate Logos.

"I can't wrap my head around that."
But you can for the Trinity? The hypostatic union of Christ's two natures? The multitude of miracles Jesus performed?
That's merely picking and choosing which mysteries of faith to accept and reject, based upon it being too Catholic or not.

The Good Thief did A LOT of good works. He:
→ admonished the evil thief
→ defended Christ
→ confessed his guilt (to a priest)
→ accepted his punishment
→ suffered temporally
→ turned to Christ
→ & asked Christ to remember him
It was NOT “faith alone”.

This is why I am leaving protestantism. The amount of anti-catholic hate actually made me look into what Catholics believe because I thought "No way they actually believe this stuff." Turns out Prots are liars with a vengance and it will be their downfall.

I post often about being boldly Catholic.
Here are some ideas to help you more boldly live out your Catholic faith.

He’s not Danny, you goon. You have access to a catechism—go find the real answer. Christ is in heaven, resurrected, sitting at the right hand of the Father—we believe that. In addition, and simultaneously, He makes His once-for-all sacrifice on Calvary present in every Mass in a non-bloody sacrifice under the appearance of bread and wine—body, blood, soul, and divinity. He doesn’t come down from heaven to be sacrificed; He did that once and for all. But He lives to make intercession for us, His priesthood being eternal and perpetual.

Jesus Christ started the Catholic Church in 33 AD when He made Saint Peter the 1st Pope. All other religions are false. The Bible is a Catholic book that was compiled in 382 AD. Protestantism didn't start until the 1500's. Jesus is physically present in the Eucharist. Convert 🇻🇦

Let me be blunt: joining the Catholic Church as a convert requires spiritual maturity.
If you visit as a seeker, don’t expect to be “love bombed” by volunteers eager to take you on a tour and boast of all the programs and amenities. Don’t expect to walk out with swag in the form of branded coffee mugs, books, pens, toys, and other free goodies.
Guests are absolutely welcome. But that does not mean you are permitted to receive Holy Communion. It may shock you to realize that the church will not accommodate your every whim and desire.
Other churches may say “you are perfect just the way you are, you don’t need to change a thing!” in order to be inclusive and validate your feelings. But that is not true Christianity.
The process of becoming Catholic is often spiritually demanding. While other churches may require a simple meeting for membership, the Catholic Church designates a period of formation, during which catechumens can properly learn the faith and prepare themselves to receive the sacraments.
Catholic theology is complex and deep, with thousands of years of rich history and tradition to soak in. A year’s worth of initiation classes only skim the surface of material.
This is in contrast to the “prosperity gospel” churches whose message boils down to “Name it and claim it! If you think positive about your wealth and health, God will reward you!”
Having gone through the conversion process myself, I can tell you it is challenging, but is absolutely worth it. I had to abandon my ego and self-serving mindset. I endured nearly a year-long period of spiritual attacks (which completely stopped after I was in full communion).
I sacrificed a great deal of time and energy to attend RCIA membership classes. My husband and I, along with our two children, are now fully received into the Catholic Church. My faith grew much stronger as a result.
Becoming a Catholic is not the easy path. But it is the narrow path, and it is the path that leads to life.

To be honest, I shed a little tear there at the end. He realizes he was led astray. Hopefully, Our Lord will continue to work on him where he can partake of the Blessed Sacrament of the altar.

The Church Fathers describe heresy/heretics very consistently.
All of them reject the authority of the Catholic Church.
All of them use Scripture to do so.
Many of them made attempts to claim they were “Catholic.”
All of these things still happen today. Constantly.
