First time travelling with my dad and his mobility scooter, but not taking the car. Brilliantly accessible black cabs, lovely flat KX and great train trip to York with the help of @LNER assistance. We'll definitely do it again!

So this morning I'm talking to my daughter about how the @Lionesses swept the board at #spoty2022. And yet this evening she comes back from a @VirginActiveUK holiday club with this lot. Seriously? In 2022? @letclothesbe @notonlypinkblue @EverydaySexism

Just discovered a perfectly preserved* sandwich under the seat of the cargo bike. It's been there for 9 days. New use for cargo bikes as additional Xmas freezer space**? *probably not perfect **probably not a good idea

Seems some drivers forgot to de-ice their brains this morning - four reports going into the Met from a 40 minute journey, when the usual on that trip is zero.

"Why don't cyclists use the cycle lane?" part 7,894 (but I'm glad to say that soon-ish this road between 2 schools will have proper segregated lanes #c9)

Cycling 30 minutes uphill in the rain was worth it for the joy of avoiding the parking panic and sailing past the SUV jam. And chapeau to the kids (not mine!) who cycled there, did 3 hrs of rugby then cycled home. Don't underestimate a 7yo 💪
