While I appreciate the many kind words in my mentions, I AM NOT Clay Matthews Jr.
I am a @browns fan and have been a Browns fan since the mid-70s. I watched all of Matthews’ career and am hopeful that he makes the HOF very soon!

The greatest praise can come from one’s opponent, especially when that opponent is of the caliber, class, humility & legacy that @7BOOMERESIASON is. Here is what Boomer said about my dad, Clay Matthews, & why his induction into the @ProFootballHOF is overdue.

#TBT Week 12:
In 1978 the #Browns selected Clay Matthews Jr with the 12th pick, that’s why we waited until now to list him.
Nothing more needs to be said other than the man deserves to be in the Pro Football 🏈 Hall of Fame. #claymatthewsHOF

A lot of family ties to this game. It’s my grandpa’s former team (Niners) vs my brother’s former team (Packers). Football is the family business. 🖤
