Question is, what happens with all the volunteering? Well, legal jobs are a Catch-22 however managed to atleast find a paying job for now to keep me afloat.
So it will will have to wait until I have stabilised!
I must apologise for the inactivity!

It’s been 3 years since I went to @ChinnorRailway! Of course I had to bring 50021 & 50026 clothing to rep the group I’m with. Must say props to the volunteers and staff for bringing a massive gala! And was great meeting others also.
What has been somewhat nearly 2-3 years ever since I saw these liveries? For now… farewell. Thanks for the nostalgia over the years ever since I moved in the UK in 2007.
Ahh… the NSE days
Lovely to be in London for 2 days after competing 40 odd teams in a court competition held by LSE university in Camden! Nothing beats seeing @Se_Railway 465908 after a nerve racking court session!
It’s been a while since I haven’t made much updates due to academic commitments. See below for progress.
The AVR is a handy tool in checking how much volts there is in the battery whilst charging therefore no more fiddling with the voltmeter!
Night shunting using bardic lamps and train protection course complete!
Happy to say have passed these courses above! Another achievement is the fact I can drop a buckeye but no progression yet on lifting them. As fireman says “practise makes perfect!”

A celebratory cacophony of train locomotive whistles and horns at midday on 1 January 2025 will signal the start of the 200th anniversary of the modern railway.

Today marks the occasion of a certain festival from where I am!
I want to wish those a happy dashaii, a nepalese tradition where nepalese families gather together!
3rd year has taken a toll therefore I will try and make updates as much as I can. Other than that happy dashaii!

Rick Rescorla is credited with saving all but 6 of his 2700 employees during the 9/11 attacks by directing people down the stairs of the South Tower using a bullhorn and encouraging them by singing Cornish songs.
Rick Rescorla, a former British military officer, served as the head of security for Morgan Stanley in the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
The 1993 terrorist attack on the complex deeply impacted him, reinforcing concerns he had already raised about the building's security vulnerabilities before the bombing.
Believing the World Trade Center would face another attack, Rescorla consistently drilled Morgan Stanley employees in emergency evacuations, a practice that ultimately saved their lives on September 11, 2001.
On the morning of the attacks, Rescorla grabbed his megaphone and instructed nearly 3,000 Morgan Stanley workers to follow the evacuation plan he had instilled in them.
As they descended the stairwell, shaken by the second plane's impact, he used his megaphone not only to guide them but also to soothe their nerves, singing Cornish and Welsh songs to keep them calm.
During the evacuation, Rescorla called his wife, telling her, “Stop crying. I have to get these people out safely. If something happens to me, know that I've never been happier. You made my life.”
After successfully evacuating most of the employees, someone suggested his job was done, urging him to leave. He responded, "You hear those screams? There are more people up there. I have to help get them out."
He was last seen heading back up the stairwell, around the 10th floor, before the South Tower collapsed. His body was never recovered.
Out of the 2,700 Morgan Stanley employees, only six sadly perished. Rescorla is credited with saving thousands of lives that day.

The Scottish Government has announced a procurement to replace ScotRail's InterCity high-speed trains. A commercial tender will now be launched in the coming weeks, setting out timescales for the replacement. This is good news as we work towards a green and reliable railway.

I’m sorry that you may have missed the funeral
This situation occurs because the railway is understaffed. Not the fault of the workers
If a driver doesn’t take their break, then goes on to make a fatigue induced error that kills someone, they will go to jail
