🧵The Ḥadīth of Sayyidunā Jābir is one of the most famous Aḥādīth which describes that the first creation of Almighty Allāh is the nūr (light) of the Prophet ﷺ. This Ḥadīth is narrated by Imām ʿAbdul Razzāq in his Muṣannaf, and esteemed scholars have taken it as a reference and narrated it in their books on his authority. Ḥāfiẓ al-Ḥadīth, Imām ʿAbdul Razzāq, is a student of Imām Mālik and teacher of Imām Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal. He is the grand teacher of Imām al-Bukhārī and Imām Muslim.
ʿAbdul Razzāq narrates from Muʿammar, who narrates from Ibn al-Munkadar that “It is related that Jābir ibn ʿAbd Allāh said to the Prophet ﷺ:
‘O Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, may my father and mother be sacrificed for you, tell me of the first thing Allāh created before all things.’
He said: ‘O Jābir, the first thing Allāh created was the light of your Prophet ﷺ from His light, and that light remained (lit. “turned”) in the midst of His Power for as long as He wished, and there was not at that time, a Tablet or a Pen or a Jannah or a Hell or an angel or a heaven or an earth or a sun or a moon or jinn or humans. And when Allāh wished to create creation, He divided that Light into four parts (arbaʿa aqsām).’
And from the first, He made the Pen (Qalam of destiny), from the second the Tablet (Lawḥ Maḥfūẓ), from the third the Throne (The ʿArsh), then He divided the fourth into four parts.”
From the first part of the fourth the bearers of the Throne, from the second part the Footstool (Al-Kursī), from the third part the rest of the Angels and then He divided the fourth into four parts;
From the first part the Heavens, from the second the Earths, from the third the Jannah and Hell and then He divided the fourth into four parts;
From the first part, the sight of the Believers (Nūr Abṣār al-Muʾminīn); from the second, the light of their hearts, which is the knowledge & awareness of Allāh the Almighty (Maʿrifah bi-llāh); from the third part, the light of their souls, and that is “the Tawḥīd,” that there is no God who has the right to be worshiped except Allāh and Muḥammad is His Messenger.
Then Allāh gazed upon my light, and out of modesty, it perspired—divided—and there exuded from it 124,000 drops of light. Allāh then created from each drop of light the spirit (rūḥ) of a Prophet or Messenger. The soul of the Prophets and Messengers then exhaled, and Allāh created from them the light of the awliyāʾ, the martyrs, the felicitous, and the obedient (nūr al-muṭīʿīn) from among the believers until the Day of Standing.
So, the Throne (ʿArsh) and the Chair (Kursī) are from My light, the Angels are from My light, the All-Merciful ones are from My light, Paradise and all its blessings are from My light, the sun and the planets are from My light, reason and knowledge and success are from My light, the souls of the Prophets and Messengers are from My light, and the felicitous and the righteous are from the results of My light.
Then Allāh created twelve veils (ḥijāban). He then placed my light in each of the twelve veils. These veils were the veils of nobility (karāmah), felicity (saʿādah), reverence (haybah), compassion (raḥmah), graciousness (ra’fah), knowledge (ʿilm), forbearance (ḥilm), dignity (waqār), tranquility (sakīnah), patience (ṣabr), truthfulness (ṣidq), certainty (yaqīn), and servitude (ʿubūdīyah).
When my light had appeared from the veils, Allāh placed it in the earth and it caused the earth to radiate with light from the east to the west like a lamp illuminating the darkness of the night…

YOU WANT TO MARRY A MAN LIKE THE PROPHET ﷺ?
Salla Llahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam.
Modern Muslimah slogan:
"Brothers, cook for your wife; it's sunnah. I want to marry a man like the Prophet (pbuh), who'll cook for me."
Salla Llahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam.
Dear sisters who claim to want a man like the Prophet, salla Llahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam, claiming that he cooked, let's get real for a moment:
(1) Is there any real evidence that he cooked?
(2) Did he not regularly go to his wives’ homes and ask if there was food, indicating the assumption that they were generally responsible for the food and its prep?
(3) Did he not go lengthy periods of time with nothing cooked in his house, indicating that not only did he not eat, but neither did his wives?
(4) Did he not regularly go to his wives’ homes and ask if there was food, and when they said no, he would fast, indicating that not only did he not have food, but neither did his wives?
If you want to marry a man like the Prophet, salla Llahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam, then you won't be marrying a man who will cook for you, buy you a big house and a giant wedding ring, and take you on fun vacations to Turkey and Malaysia. If you indeed want to marry a man like the Prophet, salla Llahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam, then what you're actually asking for is to sacrifice this world for the next.
Let's stop lying to ourselves and each other and stop chasing this material world under the guise of “sunnah.” If you want this world, that's your prerogative, but don't try to make the master of creation, salla Llahu alayhi wa alihi wa sahbihi wa sallam, your st**ge (couldn't bring myself to write it) in the pursuit of your whims. Allah protect us.

Just "keep him in your duas, guys."
Such sectarianism is only reserved for Muslims who call out Wahhabism for its extremism against Muslims.

Note: The Prophets (ʿalayhum assalām) are maʿṣūm, protected by Allāh from sin. When they engage in istighfār, it is not because they commit sins like ordinary people. Rather, it may be due to:
– a minor slip or leaving a better option (not a sin),
– their tawāḍuʿ (humility) before Allāh,
– as an act of seeking forgiveness on behalf of their ummah

"Salafi Jihadism" is barely 46 years old (yet Wahabis think they have led the Ummah in Jihad) and always a CIA backed project. Their legacy is head chopping, suicide bombings targeting civilians and being useful idiots for Mossad. Recently it is obese men with overgrown beards (many of them South Asian pretending to be Arab) writing 'quburi' or 'halwa' on my posts.

The first line is full of inaccuracies.
1. Sayyidah Ruqayyah was not the mother of ʿĀʾishah bint ʿUthmān. Rather, her mother was Ramlah bint Shaybah.
2. ʿĀʾishah bint ʿUthmān was not married to Marwān ibn al-Ḥakam. Rather, it was her sister, Umm Abān bint ʿUthmān, who was married to him and bore him offspring. The mother of Umm Abān was also Ramlah bint Shaybah.
3. There is no established daughter of Marwān ibn al-Ḥakam named Āminah.
This is sufficient to prove that this is a fabrication with no basis in reality.

The rehabilitation center that was attacked by PAF was not a terrorist camp. It was a rehab for young men affected by years of war and addiction. I have journalist friends who visited it first hand and are witnesses. Pakistan and Afghanistan are killing civilians at a time when Masjid Aqsa is closed and under occupation, Palestine is facing genocide, and neighbouring Iran fighting an existential war. Pak politicians rather than selecting Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize and Afghanistan cosying up with Modi, both must make peace with Muslim neighbours and the PAF must attack kafir Yahudi sites and the Taliban assist Iran, otherwise the talk that both these groups fight for Islam will remain that, talk.

Well, Allah ﷻ did order us to provide orphans with “rizq,” so if we can understand that in a metaphorical sense, we can understand this (what's in the OP) in a metaphorical sense as well.
Trying to establish shirk without considering the intent is impossible. Once Salafis realize that the intent and underlying belief are a necessary condition, this entire conversation evaporates.

This is a dm i received recently.
Do you guys see why i didn’t want to speak about aqeeda in public in detail? Miskeens will get confused about what i say and i don’t want that especially for something as important as aqeeda.
I NEVER EVER said in that live that it’s not shirk to ask the prophet to give me rizk directly. I dare anyone to find in that live where i said this is not shirk.
Laymen muslims online can’t even fathom simple things like “Allah was possibly called father in the past in a metaphorical sense” and yet you want me to speak to them about these matters in detail, better yet you want me to debate daniel on these issues!
Anyone who watched the live will see i came up just to show that jake was misrepresenting libyano and mes intentions and that were unprincipled.
He then rose up daniel and threw me at him. This is shameful behaviour and that’s why i don’t want anything to do with him.
