It took over 250 years to build York Minster.
The first builders knew they would never see it finished, yet they started the work anyway.
When you believe in eternity, you build differently. โ at York, England

Toulouse, Bradford and York have all won 3 matches from 9 to start Super League.
If you would have been told that before the season started, it would have been seen as an outstanding return.

๐ Three Years of Edinburgh Giants! ๐
Today, Edinburgh Giants turns 3 โ and itโs extra special as 1st March is also International Wheelchair Day.
It feels fitting to celebrate both on the same day.

๐ On this day in 1934: Yorkโs Rugby League crowd roars to a record westfieldnewsfocus.wordpressโฆ
Good for the sport that the South beat the North, a convincing scoreline to boot. These results need more awareness and traction. It is never easy to grow the sport in the South of England, well done Jay Woodley and the rest of the coaching staff ๐ ๐
I think the opening @SuperLeague fixture of 2026 works well from both @hullkrofficial and @YorkRLFC perspective. KR get a local promoted team and York get the opportunity to showcase their fantastic ๐ and atmosphere which will likely be a sell out...motivation for York ๐๐
#RugbyLeague debate: has the expansion of Super League to 14 teams restricted opportunities to give the England team the best chance of being successful at the World Cup in 2026? Surely international success drives more eyeballs on the sport, meaning increased ๐ธ
It is a shame we have seen play acting coming into @SuperLeague in the last couple of weeks, I thought this was for other sports, I hope the match officials and governing body come down hard on the players trying it on...๐
Well done to Matty Lynn on his SL match official debut, did well in a close game...gutted for @SalfordDevils with all that's going on nearly pulled off another masterstroke of a result. Their try in the dying minute was absolutely class ๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐

Great to hear that new investment is on the horizon for @LondonBroncosRL important to have a strong London team for the growth, profile and promotion of #RugbyLeague ๐
It is such a shame there will be no Championship in 2026, with two divisions merging...the Championship in 2025 has been the most competitive and exciting league, and could have also secured its own TV deal ##RugbyLeague
After 130 years of the greatest game, #RugbyLeague @SalfordDevils pull this out of the bag against all odds, what a story, the game continues to challenge the establishment...really pleased for all Salford fans ๐๐
