Just wasted 1.5 hours on the phone to @sky. They want to charge me £30 admin fee for the privilege of doing business with me! I don’t pay a fee to shop in Tesco. Absolutely disgraceful practice.
Well thank you very much @ryanair cancelling my flight to Milan. Hotels, car hire and parking already booked meant 3 hours sorting revised travel and costing £300 more. Absolute shower of s***e.
Another example of the inept @TheVanaramaNL is the decision to appoint a ref for the Dagenham v Wrexham match who is from and works in Dagenham. The poor bloke can’t win. It’s not fair on the ref, both teams and Notts County.
When @bt_uk take over 3 months to rectify a problem then fail to respond 3 times when you eventually get through on the phone I’d say that was disgraceful service. Also not had the decency of a reply from the head of customer service. No wonder they get 1.6 rating on Trustpilot.

Don't use @HolidayExtras to book parking at LHR with Blue Circle M&G.I received a parking charge timed after I dropped my car off.Trustpilot Blue Circle rating is 1.4 with plenty of other issues.HE still use them as a partner.I'm still waiting for a response from them.Disgraceful
