Staff from @CPFTIdaDarwin told @chrismannbbc that bringing mental and physical healthcare under one roof in @CambChildrens will improve outcomes for children and young people. Currently, their patients have to be driven across town for treatment. A great listen👇👏
Is it Christmas without the Nutcracker!?!

The winners of the Trust’s first Peer Support Workers Awards have been announced.
They were presented at a ceremony attended by Peer Support Workers and their managers to recognise positive practice in four categories – professionalism, growth, hope, and opportunity.
Wonderful opportunity to present alongside @KaitlinnFairr at the Widening access and supporting diversity network (WASDN) on supporting people with lived experience in the workplace to thrive and reflecting on the power of uniqueness 🙌

At the Darwin and Croft the focus is on the young people, but today on World Mental Health Day we remember to also focus on ourselves in order to be able to support others
Happy World Mental Health Day! 🌍🧠
This year’s theme is ‘Mental Health at Work’. A huge thanks to our amazing staff for supporting others every day!
Today, remember to take time for yourself and show the same care and compassion you give to others.
#WorldMentalHealthDay
In honour of #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 I wanted to share some vulnerability in a poem I recently wrote on my experiences of living with chronic health challenges and finding hope along that journey. I forever hold gratitude for those that check in and walk this path with me 🌻
This #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 Let’s continue to hold that everyday is a chance to raise awareness, support and show kindness to one another, and prioritize mental well-being. Remember, it’s okay to ask for help and take one day at a time🌻
It’s been a busy and rewarding time! Including safe-wards implementation, observation, presenting at workforce learning events, supporting the Peer Support Development Day to standing as part of 3 generations of peer support and receiving an award—grateful for the growth 🌻
