In-school lifting is one of the biggest game changers out there. Not sure if CFC does it, but making it easier for athletes to lift w/o having to come in at 6 am or stay after to do it allows all athletes to lift w/out excuse. Dramatically increases lifting rates.
The weight room pays off huge dividends come basketball season. That's exemplified even more in smaller schools. This CFC team is a great example of that #wisbb

The Offensive Line doesn’t need any other position to be good. Every other position needs the Offensive Line to be good. The most important position group in football.

The benefits of high school sports: 1. Sports teams are the front porch & brand of the school. 2. Athletics serve as the largest and most successful at-risk school program. Playing sports provides purpose, discipline, motivation & structure for those who may not get it at home.

About 3,000 seniors will play their last organized football game ever tonight. This game will stick with you forever; how do you want to remember it? Hold nothing back, leave nothing to regret (which will occur anyways, trust me). Rage, rage against the dying of the light. #wisfb

One of the hardest achievements in any culture is making those aware of the difference between the worker and the work. Attacking “the work,” not the “worker," is a guiding principle for any sustainable culture. thedaily.coach/p/pat-riley-m…
