Wait, what, if you do a certain amount of personal CPD @bournsideschool, you get TOIL!!! That’s amazing, never heard of that in a school, I do so much personal CPD but only started getting TOIL for it when I left the classroom. @CheltTeacher #REdSouthWest @researchEDSW
