As we move past the Autumn Equinox, our Chef Academy naturally changes with it!
At yesterday's York workshop, learners crafted a variety of autumnal bread recipes. This included a fruit savarin infused with lemon & vanilla soaked in orange syrup & finished with autumnal fruits👨🍳

They were joined by aspiring young chefs to create meals for those in the local community including the Foodbank, a women's refuge and homeless shelter.
