What's your #lockdown learning during #Covid19UK? I decided to try @jamieoliver recipe for gin & beetroot cured salmon. Takes a couple of days, but it's looking good. 1st photo is the beetroot cure, 2nd the following horseradish & fennel herb cure. Very #yummo @BeyondBrigade
