Amazing to see Sachiko Kanenobu performing songs from her 1972 classic Misora (that Chapter reissued in 2006, then Light In the Attic reissued a few years back) last night in Topanga Canyon. Was a beautiful coincidence this happened during our LA trip!

Such a perfect album to listen to when feeling a little melancholy and reflective. A truly beautiful album Gregor. Well Done! – at Melbourne, Victoria

JUST IN! 'Satanic Lullabies' by Gregor
Combining lush art pop with vintage balladry, Australian songwriting Gregor crafts his darkest release to date.

Please find a moment of peacefulness, ideally after a busy day, to listen to Yirinda. You might be cleaning your kitchen, as I am, or sitting on the floor with a glass of beer, but it is truly special & moving. Reminds me of the first time I heard Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet
19. Yirinda - Yirinda
Special! Fred Leone’s startling singing (in the endangered language of the Butchulla people of N. Queensland) is joined by sensitive & gorgeous string accompaniments from Samuel Pankhurst. I was reminded of the magical Gavin Bryars.

Yirinda self titled debut might be the most instantly profound feeling album I've heard all year so far. Dreamlike yet tactile soundscapes of synth, strings, percussion, and Fred Leone's powerful voice at the center of it all, singing in the Aboriginal Butchulla language
