So you’re in a high-level meeting. and someone important to you sends you a voice message text. Do you turn down the volume really low? Look for your AirPods? Or just sit there distracted? With CHANNEL, voice and video messages are automatically transcribed and optionally translated into your language instantly when the message arrives on your own device. Now in beta for iOS and Android and MacOS and soon for Windows. Retweet and DM me for details. Full specs at

What is missing from the messenger apps you use now?
ChannelMessenger.net is now seeking external beta testers for iPhone Android and macOS.
DM me for details.
CHANNEL Messenger includes an API/MCP interface for the MacOS and Windows desktop versions that allow you to connect the AI model of your choice to its own user profile on the messenger with their own contacts and your prompt to control how the profile communicates with others. One pleasant side effect of this is because you have 10 profiles available, you can basically connect all the AI models that you use each with their own profile and let them communicate directly with secure encrypted end-to-end protocols including file transfers up to 5 GB. Everything passing through the API is logged for later review, plus you have their chat history you can look at. You can make all the communication one-on-one, but you can also create a group where Claude, Grok Build, Grok Bots, and ChatGPT can securely communicate either on the same machine or different machines, separated by miles or continents, to facilitate collaboration on big projects. This has been very useful. in running testing regimens as well as bug fix – test cycles for this project and others. You can try it yourself. with a test flight beta at the link below.

Tell me what features you like the most in WhatsApp and what you like the least in WhatsApp. Same question for any other messenger that you use regularly.
I have set up a fairly sophisticated way of testing my new private messenger app CHANNEL. The app is already essentially feature – complete for iPhone, Android, and Macintosh with a native Windows edition catching up fast. This is a very broad app with many features that duplicate or exceed most features found in other messengers, such as WhatsApp, with additional security-oriented features not really present on anyone app. When an app contains this many features that can be used in most any combination, it requires a lot of testing prior to publication, really more testing than one or two humans can do in less than months. So what I have set up is the app for Macintosh, which is code identical to the iOS iPhone app is actually installed on several of my computers. There are also simulators for iOS and android that have the app installed. I have artificial intelligence agents, namely GROK, installed on every computer that each drive an app and they systematically run the app through approximately 250 tests recording results and looking for obvious solutions to problems which are then passed to Claude code to bug and update the app, which is then updated across the test suite as the testing continues. The test suite has to be run repeatedly because sometimes fixing one bug will create other bugs, so you cannot just assume that a bug or a bug fix has an isolated effect. I get a report every 30 minutes within the CHANNEL app where GROK updates me as to his test progress. One feature common in messenger apps is that when you include a website address in a chat, the app generates a preview image and of course, Grok, being Elon Musks love child, decided to test YouTube links. and helpfully chose this one for the test…

iOS, Android, and MacOS versions are feature complete and in pre release testing and debugging. The Windows version started building last evening.
CHANNEL Messenger beta is open for limited testing on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android. Current builds include text, media, documents, location sharing, voice and video calls, and offline device-to-device connections over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Direct, and LAN, plus internet delivery through a relay. Post-quantum cryptography is enabled in the beta. After release it will be free for 2 months, then $4.95/month; a free tier keeps all features except internet messaging. Docs: ChannelMessenger.net.
iOS/Mac beta: testflight.apple.com/join/Jg…
CHANNEL Messenger is getting closer to release. This messenger is one of the most secure and privacy oriented messenger soon to be on the market and is available now for limited beta testing on iOS, iPadOS, and MacOS platforms as well as Android devices. The link below is for Apple devices and I can get you a link for Android testing if you send me a message. While this app is still in the development and testing stage it already supports text messaging, location sharing, image and video and document sharing, voice and video calling, local direct device to device connections without internet via Bluetooth, Wifi Direct, and LAN connections and with internet via IP6 direct to device connections and general Internet via a secure Relay. It's already shipping Post-Quantum cryptography at a level rarely seen in messengers. The MacOS install even includes an API where you can create profiles managed by your own AI account(s). You can create up to 10 profiles, each with their own security settings (Whatsapp only offers 2). Informal and Formal groups (with admins) are there as well. The goal was to do all the important features other messengers offer but to do them better and with more security. Other apps say they're free but you pay for them with your mom's private information. Bug reports and suggestions are of course welcome. Once released the app will be free for 2 months then $4.95/month thereafter - free version will include all features except internet messaging thereafter.
Full documentation for the app is available at ChannelMessenger.net

I am in the process of adding an API to the macOS version of CHANNEL messenger. This API is designed specifically to be used for allowing your own AI account to own a messaging profile within channel. Obviously, the more powerful you make a feature like this, the more dangerous it can become if misused by the user, and that will all be disclosed in hopes that a user will use it responsibly. I am going to attach the working planning document, and if you have comments, they will be welcome as the feature is built out for beta testing….
