XRP Ledger has no shared mempool. Servers relay transactions to each other. Consensus then picks what goes into a validated ledger, roughly every 3-5 seconds. xrplwatch is one more peer in that relay.

Querying a server tells you what that server has seen. xrplwatch listens to the XRP Ledger (@XRPLF) peer network instead, so you see transactions as they're relayed, before a ledger includes them ⚡
