Our customers are up to the coolest stuff and to help a small piece of it behind the scenes? That’s the good stuff. ♥️
working one block from a huge locally owned hardware store @centerhardware is sublime for those of us instant gratification problem solvers.

With heavy rains heading to #SanFrancisco, we'll have our sandbag distribution site open Saturday and a special extra day, on Sunday, 8am-2pm. City residents can get up to 10 free sandbags to help keep water out of their homes and businesses. More info: sfpublicworks.org/sandbags
We love working w this team and everyone should visit the barn. Mason x Washington.
Like all good things, my epic two-hour cable car ride had to come to an end. One of the best places in San Francisco is the cable car barn where painters, carpenters and mechanics care for the gems. They even gave me a commemorative flag! So glad they’re back. #TotalSF
I know you all listen to hardware retailing podcasts; it’s not a micro-niche at all! Super proud of Dani, check it out:

We are excited that @centerhardware is joining the #STEMSaturdaySF lineup with a maker's lab for kids! They've served #SanFrancisco since 1880. Their long history, credible reputation has made them a fave of #artists, #DIY, #makers, #creatives
🥰 Thanks for featuring us! We are such an amazing team of tool nerds. Very proud to be trusted by San Francisco / Bay Area humans and businesses. Come visit us for all the super fun hardware times.
Co-owned by father-daughter team Keith and Jamie Gentner, #SFLegacyBiz @centerhardware has its roots in the 1880s when it originally opened as PA Smith Hardware & Glass (supplying products to SF's burgeoning ship repair business). @SFOSB
LOLOK @GoogleMyBiz what support? Is it the support you’re giving the user who stole our listing? Day 6 is fun. Can we have it back now? Thanks! #smallbusiness #google
so it’s day 6, officially a full biz week, of Google not immediately returning ownership of our verified listing after it was somehow taken. @GoogleMyBiz @googlemaps @GoogleSmallBiz genuine problem when you are dominant source of info and you don’t help fix things #smallbusiness
Day 5 of @GoogleMyBiz and @GoogleSmallBiz not immediately returning our verified listing to us! 🥳 way to support your profiles, Google! Maybe we should implement this sort of excellent customer service into our business model? #smallbusiness #Google @mercnews
Day 3 ends, @google refuses to return ownership & now the usurper has changed our hours so we appear closed when open. I’m sure a large biz could just get a lawyer to sort all this out... instead we just have to take the hit? #smallbusiness #SiliconValley #google @mercnews
Day 3 of @GoogleMyBiz @GoogleSmallBiz awarding our verified listing to a rando gmail locking us out instead of leaving it with jamie AT centerhardware.com Can’t grok how easily this happens. Will happily show proof but bot email reply is garbage. #google give it back plz?
Day 4 begins with @GoogleMyBiz asking if I had contacted support, wondering if I would like them to escalate. 🤔 not “we are sorry, let’s get this fixed today”. From a CX POV, y’all are The Worst. #google #SmallBusiness
Thanks so much for including me in this series! #dogpatch #hardwarestore
For the last day of #WomensHistoryMonth Marcy interviews COO of Center Hardware, Jamie Gentner. Celebrating 140+ yrs #Dogpatch business is a vital part of the supply chain for Bay Area industry. 🔨🧰🔧⚙️ Tune in to hear what's on their horizon. #Pier2Peer fb.watch/4AGH3o5ZXV/
