Every single sports team I’ve ever known to participate in CrossFit influenced training either resulted in 1 of 2 things:
1. Significant loss of strength
2. Large number of small injuries
CrossFit has principles of effective training. But its general structure isn’t for athletes who play with a ball.
Wonder how many talking heads will rip Baker for his reaction to the injury on the field like they did Caleb, cause you’d have thought Bakers thumb was ripped off his hand the way he was screaming.
