There’s a narrative every time the #Bears beat someone that the other team isn’t good or there’s now underlying issues that need to be addressed
How about Ben Johnson has flipped the script with the Bears and they’re a trade deadline move on the DL away from being very good

In 2018, Chase Daniels made two starts in place of the injured Mitch Trubisky. In his first game, Daniels played an incredible game, completed 73% of his passes and threw 2 TDs to 0 INTs en route to a 23-16 win over the Lions. In his next start, Daniels struggled quite a bit, throwing 2 INTs in a 27-30 OT loss to the Giants.
In 2019, Daniels once again had to start two games, and it was a carbon copy of his 2018 starts. Completed 73% of his passes and threw 1 TD to 0 INTs and the Bears beat the Vikings 16-6. The next week, he threw 2 INTs against the Raiders and the Bears lost 24-21.
Case Keenum played a brilliant game last night, but I don’t think it’s repeatable. It would be wise to give Tyson Bagent the start next week against the Jets, not Keenum.

There’s a lot of wild takes about starting Tyson Bagent next week and I just don’t get it…
Case Keenum has seen it all… 67 starts in this league and an OL that’ll let him think for 4+ seconds is the perfect combo for winning with a backup while your start is healing.
