📝 Last week, we delivered Poverty Awareness Training to healthcare workers and VCSE groups in Ardwick and Longsight. We gave an overview of poverty in the area and the support available to residents. Here's how a couple of attendees found the session 👇

Manchester has the third highest child poverty rate in the country at 44.7%. This is unacceptable. The voluntary, community and social enterprise sector plays a crucial role in supporting people in poverty but without real structural change, this level of poverty will continue
