Another massive congratulations to Oli Webb who competed at the IM World Champs in Nice yesterday! An incredible performance on a very hot day!
A huge congratulations to @Caio_Bowen for completing @DragonsBackRace Hatchling this weekend! From Monday-Saturday he ran over 135 miles starting at Conwy Castle and finishing in Cardiff Castle. Da iawn Caio!
Before we take a look at all of the epic performances from IMW yesterday, we want to wish @Caio_Bowen a huge good luck as he takes on the @DragonsBackRace We’re all going to be dot watching for the next 6 days!
P.S. those of you who know @Caio_Bowen will know that the majority of his training for this 380km 6-day ultra race has been fueled by @GreggsOfficial If Greggs ever wanted to get into athlete sponsorship, this is their guy!

Triathletes of twitter!
If any triathletes are able to spare 15 minutes for a dissertation student's study I'd be extremely grateful.

It wouldn't be a trail run without a blurry selfie from coach Nathan! Well done to everyone who joined for the slightly soggy social run this morning!

Cardiff Triathletes would like to offer our condolences to the family and friends of triathlete Lucy John, who was killed while riding her bike.
We are deeply saddened to hear this news as Lucy was, as many of us do each weekend, just riding her bike.
