Nick La Strada filed a lawsuit today for basically wrongful termination from the Sec. of State's office. His lawsuit alleges, Hoskins’ then-Chief of Staff Matt Alsager called Brandon Alexander, chief of staff for State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick, on speakerphone from a meeting with La Strada, Deputy General Counsel Jackie Bryant and Director of Elections Chrissy Peters. From lawsuit: “During this meeting, the participants, excluding plaintiff La Strada, discussed fabricating a false whistleblower submission to offer as evidence about the Missouri Centralized Voter Registration system, to be routed through an ‘IP scrambler’ and a ‘burner’ phone so the source could not be traced, to be offered as evidence,” the lawsuit states. This planned fabricated evidence was going to be used in the HAVA hearing of Kramer v Hoskins. NOTE: Hoskins and his attorneys, including Chrissy Peters, did fabricate evidence used in the HAVA hearing - it was them changing their example of a registered voter. During all this @AGCHanaway 's assist. attorneys of the State Attorney General's office (representing Denny Hoskins in the HAVA proceedings) filed false and misleading court pleadings in state court, the same in federal court, and, during the HAVA hearing itself. La Strada informed Denny Hoskins of the fabrications, on April 21st. The Kramer v Hoskins HAVA hearing was held three days later on April 24th. The corrupt Denny Hoskins fired La Strada a week later Hoskin's Chief of Staff Matt Alsager committed suicide on June 6th 2026.
