Want to piss off a federal judge? File a TRO for an “immediate hearing” to enjoin “counterfeit unicorn drawings” in the middle of a global pandemic. Then seek reconsideration when the judge postpones the hearing by a few weeks. Then file a third “emergency motion” just in case.

NEW: Appeals Court publishes guidelines describing extension to April 21 of due dates and deadlines, including briefing dates, that otherwise would fall between March 17 and April 20. Guidelines also describe changes to court's operating procedures.
