I am signing a 8 figure worth of inventory PO here in China, either we cooked or write history. I remember my first PO to try this out was only 5000 usd. Now I am putting my entire life in one PO. 16 months apart. Really a golden era, lock in. And yes we are going to write history.

My business has 10x’d in the last year and grown from $600k / month to $6M / month using the Trybe method We will be doing $12-15M / month by year end We are currently uploading 8,000+ new ads per month and paying out over $450k in commissions to creators on Trybe between commissions on ad rev and retainers. Not a single one of these ads I had to pay for up front. I pay commission on the ad revenue they generate (all streamlined through Trybe). If a creator does 90+ videos monthly, they can get a retainer. My top creator made me $330k in directly attributed revenue (likely more if you factor in what wasn’t last 7d click) and he took home $49.5k in commissions. He made 142 unique ads this period. The game is changing. Paying up front for trash deliverables is a thing of the past. That said, you cant just sample products to hundreds of creators and expect them to know how to sell it. You need to train them and build them over time. This creator that made $49.5k has worked with me for over a year, only works for my brand full time, and has made 1330 videos total. You dont find great creators, you train them. I told people this a year ago and no one listened smh… Trybe has only been public for 6 months and it’s completely changed how brands scale and build moats. Its not too late, but the longer you wait, the harder it will be to catch up.

Things that matter more for longevity than any supplement or food: - VO2 max - Blood pressure - ApoB - Blood sugar - Visceral fat - Inflammation status - Muscle strength and power - Sleep - Not smoking - Quality relationships No single food or supplement will compensate for being weak in these fundamentals.

$1M day. Huge milestone. Everyone’s been asking what actually moved the needle, so here it is. One word: volume. And I mean volume on everything, ads, landing pages, price testing, and most importantly, new products. We were stuck at $150k/day for a while. What broke us through wasn’t some secret hack. It was launching new products while keeping ads and landing pages running full speed on the existing ones too. I see this all the time: people leaning on one hero product. Then you watch the slow decline start. No product lasts forever. You have to keep launching, because tomorrow’s product might outsell everything you’ve got right now. That’s literally what happened to us. The other piece: quality. Look at the screenshot, a new collection that pulled a ton of sales from returning customers. Your existing customers WILL buy your new stuff. And that snowball just keeps growing. Volume first, quality second. Once something’s working, that’s when you push quality into it. But you never stop the volume. Testing offers and testing prices helped us a ton too. Once you nail the right price, the right product, the right landing pages and the right ads, that's when the magic happens. Two things changed the game for us lately: 1. AI. Makes it so much easier to keep that volume and cadence across multiple products at once. 2. Hiring people who are genuinely good with AI. One person who’s mastered it moves faster than a whole team without it. If you’re stuck on a plateau: ask yourself if it’s really an optimization problem, or if you just need more shots on goal. AMA below.

Tiktok ads is currently the worse channel there is. A freaking 27x in Platform ROAS vs a 1.42 Linear Paid & a surprising 0.8 First Click. Spent a week trying to make it work but seems like all the platform does is attribute Applovin & Meta Sales to itself. It might work for tiktok shop but straight to PDP definetly not.
