If I could give one tip about customer service, it's to be generous and not try to save every dollar. When a customer has a problem, just refund them. Don't make them fight for it, don't look for reasons to say no. That customer could come back and buy from you four more times, because they'll never get that kind of experience with another brand. Handling refunds this way builds real trust with your customers. The refund becomes nothing compared to what they'll spend with you later. On top of that, you'll have way fewer headaches with chargebacks and all that stuff. And everything will go smoothly with your payment processors too. Stop thinking short-term about this One condition though: this only works if your products are actually good quality.

I'd say don't try to save every penny. Turn unhappy customers into repeat customers. You really need to think long term

$1M day. Huge milestone. Everyone’s been asking what actually moved the needle, so here it is. One word: volume. And I mean volume on everything, ads, landing pages, price testing, and most importantly, new products. We were stuck at $150k/day for a while. What broke us through wasn’t some secret hack. It was launching new products while keeping ads and landing pages running full speed on the existing ones too. I see this all the time: people leaning on one hero product. Then you watch the slow decline start. No product lasts forever. You have to keep launching, because tomorrow’s product might outsell everything you’ve got right now. That’s literally what happened to us. The other piece: quality. Look at the screenshot, a new collection that pulled a ton of sales from returning customers. Your existing customers WILL buy your new stuff. And that snowball just keeps growing. Volume first, quality second. Once something’s working, that’s when you push quality into it. But you never stop the volume. Testing offers and testing prices helped us a ton too. Once you nail the right price, the right product, the right landing pages and the right ads, that's when the magic happens. Two things changed the game for us lately: 1. AI. Makes it so much easier to keep that volume and cadence across multiple products at once. 2. Hiring people who are genuinely good with AI. One person who’s mastered it moves faster than a whole team without it. If you’re stuck on a plateau: ask yourself if it’s really an optimization problem, or if you just need more shots on goal.

👉 youtu.be/NtHow7RE35k

W/@khungpile
