It's just that, I have noticed a trend. Some commit their crimes outside of the Pretoria precinct, but once they get their day in a Pretoria court, bail is definitely denied. In fact Kgosi Mampuru is beginning to be a strong holding area for the so called cartel 🤔💭😅
