1/ @aaron_lubeck if we are talking sign hypocrisy, let’s check in here in Raleigh behind North Hills in the Farrior Hills neighborhood. These 2 homes were built around 2021. Now, they have signs opposing duplexes/townhomes as if their teardown homes are consistent.

If you say “we need new housing, but we need it to be affordable,” but you offer no plan or funding for said affordable housing, and you’re perfectly happy if nothing gets built at all, you are on team vibes and you are helping to enrich land owners at everyone else’s expense.

3️⃣ Infrastructure funding for roads
4️⃣ A supply of clean natural gas through MVP Southgate
