In case you missed it, I am working on some legislation that I will continue to fight for, House Bill H4807, to crack down on child predators. If it were up to me, child predators would be 6 ft under. At a minimum, they should face a "mandatory" 25-year sentence. PERIOD.

“It’s unfortunate that it took a joint letter from both House and Senate leadership to force Clemson University to take decisive action by removing faculty/staff for their outrageous comments over the death of Charlie Kirk.
The delayed action by Clemson University has raised questions, especially when compared to the termination of an Upstate public school teacher and the firing of an employee of the Carolina Panthers which were both swift and appropriate.
Mark my words, our conservative House Republican Caucus members will deal with how Clemson faltered on this issue and ensure it never is repeated.”
