BREAKING: California governor candidates Steve Hilton and Xavier Becerra unveil new billboards outlining their policy ideas.

Steve Hilton said he’d buy me a gallon of gas if I produced a viral ad for his campaign. California dems have voted the same way for years and all our friends are fleeing the state.
It’s time to vote different. It's OK to vote different.
Just try it!

Bank of America expanded its CRE loan book.
What changed: Its October 14 supplemental filing reported U.S. CRE loans of $69.0 billion at September 30, up from $65.9 billion at June 30. Its broader CRE category’s nonperforming balances declined to $888 million from approximately $1.07 billion. These are one bank’s portfolio figures; balance growth does not directly measure new originations or easier underwriting.
Action worth discussing: CRE investment-sales brokers contact three relevant lenders or financing partners. Update target property types, leverage, debt-service requirements, recourse, and execution timelines. Use verified findings to reopen conversations with owners facing maturities or stalled transactions.

Someone who looks at this and thinks
“Burn it”
Doesn’t belong in Western civilisation.
NYC you know what to do .
Slash a woman on the face in the subway, get released without bail.
Arrested. See the judge. Released.
This is Letitia James’s lawless New York.
Time for a new AG.

Xavier Becerra and his corrupt Machine think they own your vote.
But only YOU do. And you can use it to vote for $3 gas, your First $150k Tax Free, a home you can afford.
This election is not about race or party. It's about a state that's not working for the people it serves. Use your ballot to send the Machine a message: Enough is enough!
It will happen more and more. Use their agent or not at all. I see both sides
notice..
> Delta is blocking AI agents from booking flights
> JPMorgan Chase and Charles Schwab block agents from accessing accounts
> Yelp requires paid data licensing for agents
> Amazon has blocked Grok bot and other shopping agents.
the internet is starting to block AI agents that were supposed to do everything for us
I think this is great for certain people. but really not needed for many. You should know what you spend before you use your credit card. 😂
I have my banking connected to @bot.
It was a seamless process to connect and it now audits my credit card, tracks refunds and returns, and alerts me when the bill is due.
My favorite is when bot tells me a trial period moves into a full price subscription.
The future is now.
