I’d add that I respect people who make the wrong decisions for reasons of personal moral integrity, however misguided, much more than I respect people who loudly proclaim their holier-than-thou values while exempting themselves from the consequences of their alleged commitments.

Yesterday I had a 13 mile Progression Run on my training calendar for my birthday (42….old). To runners that know, this is a perfect chart (stoked).
The idea is after the 1 mi warm up, every mile should be 10 seconds faster than the last. (1st mile 8:00, last mile 6:10)
