Government has ambitiously backed renewable energy from our seas – so why not also back the people and communities who put food from the same waters on our plates? Join us at The #LabourPartyConference on Monday where we will pose this question during our session with @melanie_onn MP, Mike Cohen (@NFFO_UK) and Elaine Whyte (@CFAScot). loom.ly/nQAWsNw

I was delighted to speak at the Launch of the APPG on Fisheries’ Action Plan for a Thriving and Sustainable UK Fishing Industry.
It was great to hear the passion and vision for the fisheries sector, and I thank the APPG for the hard work that went into the Action Plan.
