We need a U.S. Senator from Texas who will stop Trump’s dismantling of the Department of Education. If for no other reason than our students will know the difference between Cypress (a community in Texas) and Cyprus (a country on the other side of the world). Vote @jamestalarico

Last week I visited the Donald Trump - Jeffery Epstein Memorial Reading Room. It holds a known timeline, more than 3,400 volumes of files, and messages to survivors. Republicans in Congress won’t investigate the Epstein files and expose how the wealthy and well-connected conspired to abuse girls and women, but @redactedreading is bringing the truth directly to the community.

This Republican nominee for statewide office in Texas is a racist who has made bigoted statements multiple times. All Republican officials in Texas should be condemning this. The University of Texas is a fantastic institution and its students represent the best of Texas.

Black folks deserve media that speaks to us from our perspective, addressing our issues, about what's really at stake. Day trip to Dallas - where Republicans are having a weird midterm convention - to make sure everyone knows Trump and his party own their failures. •High gas prices, grocery prices, and utility bills. •Skyrocketing health insurance premiums. •ICE terrorizing Immigrants. •An unnecessary war. •Corruption out of the White House. •Republicans’ refusal to investigate the Epstein files. Republicans own all that. And on November 3, Texans are going to vote them out.

This is who has Donald Trump’s ear. An ignorant racist … calling Black women leaders “ghetto, destructive Black b*tches”. This filth has no place in our discourse. Every media outlet should be asking Trump and every Republican on the ballot to condemn this. We stand with @AngieNixon and every Black woman Trump’s bigoted ally attacked.

So, one of the oldest Black churches in Texas is a “demonic indoctrination center” because the pastor is supporting a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate (who is also a Christian). These Republican leaders in Texas are unhinged.
