Tbh I’m oversized in $Copy, my typical position in this kind of trade would be twice as small, but this time it doesn’t feel wrong. First of all, I do believe social trading will be a big trend this cycle and one of the most effective ways to onboard new traders. I already have a couple of friends who joined crypto through TikTok and Kimchi reels. They have no idea how gas works or what a bridge is, but they don’t need it anyway as they are only using Fomo. So, Fomo will most likely be the main onboarding pipeline and, let’s be honest, 99% of these people will never try to learn how to trade, they will be chasing that “life-changing trade”. Here comes the copytrading: as social trading will become bigger, copytrading will follow. We’ve seen it so many times before: private trading groups, calls, copy trading on exchanges, etc. Now we are getting the same tool for onchain. All of these guys heard stories of how someone turned $100 into $1M and as far as I know no one wants to take the long path, crypto is still considered to be “quick money”. Now we come to $Copy, let’s keep it simple: they are earning around 1.5k per day during dry season, when onchain was a bit hotter it was around 3k per day. Add to it that their bot is super simple, has many tools, it’s not an AI slop and their metrics are growing + they’ve increased their buybacks up to 50%. You won’t tell me many 2M tokens whose bearish case is earning around 500k annually. Bullish case is obviously much higher and I would rather count on it as we are at the beginning of the bull. So yeah, it will be revalued. You can ignore anything, but numbers😉
