so many ideas for TG, the whole team is really excited about it
Soon on Touch Grass: Crypto Drops at random spots around the world. Thanks for the idea, Matteo. Today we hide real stocks like TSLA, AAPL and NVDA at real stores. Walk there, tap, and they're yours. Next, it's crypto's turn. Which coin would you want to find first?

TouchGrass is about to hit the normies soon
The Touch Grass iOS app is done. Here’s a first look. We’re submitting it to the App Store review very soon. Once Apple gives the green light, anyone with an iPhone can walk outside and start catching stocks, no wallet needed. iPhone people, start stretching your legs. Touch Grass is about to go global.

sorry for how quiet the account has been lately. we’re a small team for now and we have a lot to handle, but we’re shipping, as you can see. there’s been a lot of noise around us. we don’t pay attention to insults or FUD. the chart also follows volume across all of Robinhood Chain, so putting all the blame on us isn’t fair. (another big announcement is coming tonight on @TouchGrassRWA)
5 new updates just went live on Touch Grass. • PnL cards: everything you've ever caught, priced at today's close. Cost basis: your legs. One tap to post it. • Buy the dip, literally: when a stock closes 3% down, its balloons fall to the sidewalk and you can catch them from 60 m instead of 40. Friday, $GME closed +5.06%, so its balloons are still floating. • The relay: one full share of $NVDA ($229) is waiting at the Apple Store on the Champs-Élysées. Carry it from person to person, 48h each, 50 km minimum per hand. Whoever sets it down in London keeps it. • The certificate: a photo of your hand on real grass, checked by a machine. Astroturf gets refused. One a day, keep your streak going. • Verified human: meet another player IRL and scan their code. If one of you is verified, you both are. Bots can't shake hands. Which one are you trying first?

yes, a lot of hours went into these updates every new feature also comes with new ways people can try to exploit it, so there’s a lot testing happening on the background. build it → test it → find the bugs → fix them → test again. over and over
Proof of Presence is much bigger than tokenized stocks on the map. And there are 3 features live in the app right now that most of you haven’t explored yet: 1) Store Receipts Buy something from one of the 40 supported brands: Apple, Tesla, Starbucks, Nike, IKEA, Zara, McDonald’s and others. Scan your receipt in the app and it becomes a brand-specific token. A proof of purchase on the blockchain forever. e.g. Apple receipt → Apple branded token. McDonald's receipt → McDonald's branded token. 2) In-store stickers Physical stores can have a TouchGrass QR sticker at the checkout. Scan it, leave an honest review about the place and you unlock a boost for the day: → One extra catch or a shorter cooldown for the next catch. 3) Catching drops videos Record your catch, post it on X tagging @TouchGrassRWA, then paste the link back into the app. That catch pays 3x, with the extra reward capped at $25. Limited to once a day. None of this is on a roadmap. It's live on the app now... But here's the part that matters. A store receipt, a service/product review, a spontaneous video or a reward you collected: they are all different ways of proving that a real person interacted with a real place. That’s what Proof of Presence is actually about. Much more valuable than tokenized stocks drops here and there… Stocks were simply the first reward layer we introduced. touchgrass.family discord.gg/touchgrassrwa

🧵 Over the last 17 days, the team has been working around the clock to push Touch Grass forward. And we are very proud of everything we have achieved so far... But Touch Grass will never be a finished job. It demands constant attention from the developers, especially when dealing with RWA/Rewards. Also, Proof of Presence is not an easy concept to build. (especially when building live in front of the whole world to see...) There are many security layers that need to be aligned for everything to work smoothly on your end. And sometimes they crash, bugs come out and we are running to get every one of them fixed/patched, but understand there is too much work and although we are currently a small team, we are moving fast... Now, we know the community expects updates and information on what is happening, so we want to share everything the team worked on over the last 7 days and what you can expect from us this week. 🧵

anyone can do this right now. pick a spot, fund it, put your name on it. people will walk there people are starting to get what Touch Grass can actually do
Wizard of soho sets up a bunch of stock tokens on @TouchGrassRWA at Ketchy Shuby in NYC “You can go and get 0.013 of $TSLA stock just by going to this location.” “I can do stocks that exist, I can put my own token, I can give tokens.” “I can have you guys go get free drinks and coffee there.” “I’m actually going to be in New York City this weekend for Fashion Week, so I’m going to set up a bunch of these in New York.”

tokenized stocks just went from a crypto experiment to something regulated in the us. that changes who's allowed to play we've been building for exactly this: walking somewhere and owning a piece of the company, for anyone, not just crypto people
BREAKING: The SEC issues a temporary, conditional exemption allowing onchain trading of tokenized US stocks.

13 days. Not even two weeks. That’s how young TouchGrass still is. Since then: 🌎163 cities across 58 countries are now on the map 📍48,547 drops caught by 34,534 wallets 📈Around $160,000 worth of tokenized stocks distributed at today’s prices. 🔥15 total burns done 🔥27.28 ETH burned / 15.6M $GRASS destroyed forever! And every single catch is verifiable on-chain at touchgrass.family/proof. Now... what’s coming next? 🍎 iOS support for iPhone users (soon) 🤝 Potential partnerships with several well-known names across the crypto industry, inc. events 🌎 More cities, countries and new locations 📈 More stocks and assets to collect (including crypto tokens) 🌱 And a lot more around our Proof of Presence vision But we also want to enphasize everyone of something important: TouchGrass is only 13 days old guys. The vision we have for this project is much bigger than what you see today and bringing that vision to life takes a lot of time and work, fellas. This is not a memecoin that bundles teams pump to $20M market cap in one day and will be forgotten a week later. Hell no! We are building something serious. We are not going away tomorrow or next week. Our team is fully committed to the project. We’re working around the clock, late hours, weekends...sleeping 3 hours a night. It hasnt been easy. But judging by the level of partners we are talking to... some very serious people are paying attention to this project... all interested in the potential of Proof of Presence. So if we’re a little quiet on social media for a day or two, don’t worry. We have our heads down, working, fixing bugs, analysing new cities to be introduced, on calls with potential partners. This all takes time guys. Now ask yourself: In the upcoming bull run, would you rather hold a real-world project with big upside that keeps building and delivering, or jump every day into the next memecoin runner? We know what we’re building. 🌱 One last question for the community: Which brands would you like to see as a stock drop so we can begin new drops at their stores? Let us know here and join the Discord Channel if you havent already. touchgrass.family discord.gg/touchgrassrwa

Touch Grass isn't tied to robinhood chain. that's where we started and where we're building we're going multichain, and further down the line the chain should be invisible to whoever is walking proof of presence should work for everyone

the kind of post that actually pushes us forward. taking notes, some really good ideas in there. thank you the stocks are just the first reward type. proof of presence is the actual product, big things coming
My $GRASS Thesis. 🧵 (READ IT ALL) Most people havent really understood the real potential behind all TouchGrass and how it can integrate RWA and web3. All they are thinking right now is the tokenized stocks. The core idea, that most are overlooking, is Proof of Presence: verify that a real person physically reached a place, then unlock a real value reward. And the use cases are almost endless... for example: • IKEA → visit the store, unlock 5% off at the cashier • Coffee shops/restaurants → $5 cashback for all orders or special product • Crypto protocols → token hunts around the city • Hotels → exclusive drops/rewards only for guests • Museums → discounted or free entry drops • Events → tickets hidden around cities • Gyms/wellness → free trials, classes • Tourism boards/city halls → rewards for visiting historic sites • Sports teams → collectibles for attending games • Shopping centers → rewards for visiting stores or completing a mall route. • Product launches → 10,000 Coca-Cola samples or a new cinnamon bun brand dropped across selected locations • Everest / Mont Blanc / Seven Wonders → permanent “I was here” collectibles • Formula 1 → race attendance collectibles • EV Chargers→ discount on charging for low usage locations • Marathons → verified finisher badges • Yosemite / national parks → scavenger hunts across trails • Mystery / flash drops → mystery boxes appearing somewhere for a few hours Tokenized stocks are just the first beginning. Project was launched 5 days ago and you have no patience to wait. This project can take months or years to mature and develop. Pokémon GO proved people will move great distances for digital objects. We've all seen that... This is just an natural evolution of that model... If these guys get this done right, the potential is unlimited. @TouchGrassRWA @351type

we know there's fud around us right now. the chart means nothing even at 5k mcap we'd keep building. the app is live, updates ship every day, and none of that depends on the price we're only at the beginning.

on the bots: we know, we're on it, and fixes are already being tested the project is 5 days old. bots showing up this fast is honestly a sign that people want what we're building. it doesn't make it less annoying, and it's our job to fix it don't worry, we're on day 5 of a long road.

good writeup, and a fair one noted on all of it. two things are already live if you want to check: touchgrass.family/proof lists every payout out of the vault read straight from the chain, 29,141 of them so far across 21,227 wallets, and it ships the curl command so you can run the same query against any RPC without asking us for anything the smaller first reward isn't a bug, it's the anti sybil layer. new wallet at 25%, then 60%, full size on the third catch. the numbers are public at /api/vault, not something we can quietly change on you. a farm burning a fresh wallet every time stays on the floor forever, by design on the fee path you're right. it isn't clear enough for a new user yet, and that's on us. it's landing on /proof very soon and the question you close on is the right one: faucet or acquisition layer? the answer is retention. the second catch, then the tenth. that's exactly what we're building
Pokemon Go, but you collect tokenized stocks On the chart, it looks like another fading microcap. Underneath it is a live consumer app distributing tokenized stocks across 121 cities, with claims settling onchain every few seconds. I checked the product, payout vault, token supply and @ponsdotfamily launch structure. Here is what I found 🔍 1. What exactly is Touch Grass? @TouchGrassRWA is a location based game built on Robinhood Chain. The simple version: Pokemon Go, but instead of catching Pokemon, users walk to physical locations and claim fractions of Robinhood Stock Tokens. A drop appears on the map. You move within the required GPS radius, the server validates the claim and signs a voucher, then the reward settles onchain. The user receives a transferable ERC20 asset with economic exposure to a public equity, rather than points that may or may not become valuable later. There is an important distinction here. Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets Jersey. They provide economic exposure to the underlying security, but do not give holders legal or beneficial ownership of the actual shares. Still, as an onchain reward, this is much more tangible than another points balance. 2. The product is actually live This is the most important part of the thesis. A lot of early Robinhood Chain tokens are narratives looking for a product. Touch Grass already has one. The current dashboard shows: › 121 cities › 721 spawn points › 8 stock tokens live in the vault › 176 drops payable from existing inventory › approximately 3.17 ETH in the treasury The public payout vault now shows more than 29,500 transactions. During my check, new Claim transactions were settling every few seconds. The live feed showed users collecting AAPL, AMZN, GME, MSFT and TSLA fragments across cities including London, Delhi, Madrid, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Bangalore. This does not prove that every claimant visited the correct physical location. Location validation still happens through the project server. It does prove that the payout system is more than a mockup. Stock tokens are leaving a public vault and reaching user wallets. @noxxxwill also tested the app over two days. After an unsuccessful first attempt, he claimed a fractional TSLA reward. His screenshot showed a 0.0078 TSLA catch from a 0.013 TSLA drop, followed by a successful Robinhood Chain voucher redemption. The smaller reward was attributed to new account protection. The interface said another successful catch would unlock the full drop size. The core loop works: - physical location → signed claim → onchain stock token payout That is a much stronger starting point than “product coming soon”. 3. Why the idea is interesting Most teams are approaching tokenized equities from the financial side: › trading › lending › collateral › structured products › yield markets Touch Grass approaches them from the consumer side. Instead of asking a new user to bridge funds, understand lending markets and manage collateral, it gives them a map and something recognizable to collect. The potential onboarding loop is simple: free stock fragment → wallet balance → first onchain transaction → curiosity about RH Chain The product does not need to explain RWA infrastructure before the first interaction. The user walks somewhere and receives something they already recognize. That is probably the strongest part of the concept. 4. What role does $GRASS play? This is where the thesis becomes less clean. The intended flywheel is: $GRASS trading → fees → stock treasury → better drops → more claims → more users → more attention The project says 37.5% of each $GRASS fee reaches the treasury used to fund future stock token inventory. It also describes a buyback and burn mechanism. The burns are real. The latest supply figure on Robinscan is approximately 991.18 million GRASS, down from the initial 1 billion. That means approximately 8.82 million $GRASS has been burned, equal to around 0.88% of the initial supply. But the complete value path is not trustless. The Pons launch configuration records: › 2% creator tax › 1% Pons hook fee › 30% of the hook fee directed to the protocol › Pons native buybacks disabled The advertised 37.5% treasury allocation therefore appears to be an operational policy applied after fees are collected, rather than a rule fully enforced by the launch contracts. This does not mean the treasury funding or burns are fake. The current vault API shows the keeper actively using treasury ETH to buy stock tokens and refill inventory. Recent recorded purchases included AMZN, AAPL, GME and MSFT, delivered directly into the vault. But the exact connection between each dollar of $GRASS trading fees, treasury funding and token burns still depends on team operated wallets. The correct framing for now is: ⊳The stock purchases are visible onchain. ⊳The payouts are visible onchain. ⊳The burns are visible onchain. The accounting connecting all three still needs to become more transparent. 5. Supply, holders and liquidity The current market snapshot: › price around $0.0037 › market cap around $3.7M › approximately $396K of liquidity across 15 indexed pools › approximately $178.5K in the main GRASS/ETH pool › main pool down around 7.9% over 24 hours › 6,881 holders on Robinscan The holder distribution looks less concerning once the contracts are identified. The largest visible address holds approximately 81.6 million $GRASS, around 8.2% of the current supply. It is the verified Pons launch locker, not a whale. Direct contract reads showed that the token remainder and graduated Uniswap V4 position were recorded as permanently locked. The verified locker source exposed no withdrawal or arbitrary call function for removing that position. The deployed $GRASS token source itself is still marked unverified on Robinscan. The verified Pons template uses fixed supply and does not expose a privileged mint path, but I would still prefer to see the deployed token verified directly. 6. Early support $GRASS has already received support from several notable accounts, helping the token reach a wider audience early. 7. Shipping speed is the strongest moat so far The team has already shipped: • a functioning web app • live geolocation claims • public stock token payouts • a proof of reserves dashboard • a signed Android app • anti abuse limits for new accounts • an automated inventory refill system • a public roadmap iOS and official store distribution are still upcoming. That speed matters because copies are already appearing. Projects such as TRAIL and PIB were promoted as competitors within days. The map itself is not a moat. The real moat would have to come from: • stock inventory • city density • anti abuse quality • claim reliability • user retention • brand • Robinhood Chain distribution If users open the app once to collect a free asset, Touch Grass becomes an expensive faucet. If collecting, streaks and social competition create retention, it could become a real consumer acquisition layer for Robinhood Chain. That is the main product question from here. 8. The trust surface is not fully onchain The payouts settle onchain, but the complete product does not. The project server decides whether a location claim is valid and signs the voucher. The payout vault has an owner and a separate signer. Its runtime exposes functions to pause claims, rotate the signer and withdraw token inventory. That architecture is understandable for a location game. Pure onchain GPS verification is not realistic. But users still trust the team not to approve fake claims, block legitimate users, change reward rules without notice or let sybils drain the inventory. I also could not verify a public security audit for the custom payout flow. That is not the same as the app being trustless. 9. What matters from here The bull case is straightforward: Live product + recognizable rewards + Robinhood Chain narrative + fast shipping + early distribution at approximately $3.7M market cap. The bear case is equally clear: Weak price action, limited liquidity, centralized claim validation, copycats, unverified custom contracts and a fee path that still needs cleaner disclosure. The thesis is not: “The app works, therefore $GRASS must go up.” It is: The market may be underpricing how rare it is for a microcap narrative token to already have a usable consumer product, automated inventory refills and tens of thousands of observable vault transactions. For the next phase, I am watching: • daily claims and returning users • stock inventory refills • burns relative to trading volume • iOS and official store distribution • liquidity after the initial attention fades If usage keeps growing and the team makes the value path transparent, the current valuation could look early.
