Slowly the camera and the background score kept me going. Then the pain and the acting of the main character. The stunning landscapes of Sandur, Hampi, and I think parts our Krishna valley here and the known and new tunes of Raja in the background...

When I was told it ends at Badami I didn't realize why. But then, when I saw the Yellamma temple, Badami in the background, I got it. I didn't see it as another multiple alphabet soup promotion but the feeling of understanding the transgender transformation reading @bhatinmaai s

Jeeva Subramanian's journey is a reminder of how much talent goes undiscovered when prejudice decides who deserves an opportunity. How many stories remain untold because the people capable of telling them are denied a place in the room?
The applause she receives today matters. But so does the question her journey leaves behind: why must someone endure so much before the world is willing to see what they have to offer?
Jeeva's story deserves to be celebrated, not because she suffered, but because she is an actor with a talent worth recognising. Her dignity was never something the industry could grant her. The opportunity to practise her craft should never have been something she had to fight so hard to earn.
Representation means little if people are welcomed only as exceptions, their identities treated as spectacles and their abilities made secondary to their struggles.
Jeeva wants to be known for her talent. That should never have been too much to ask.
