From uncertainty to a career in the trades. Before Building Up, Antoine wasn’t sure what came next. Today, he’s a first-term General Carpenter Apprentice with @carpenters27 , earning $25/hour and building a future filled with opportunity. We’re so proud of how far he’s come.💙

Wisdom joined Building Up with a passion for construction, but unsure where it would take him. Through hands-on experience, he found confidence, new skills and a path forward. Now, he’s continuing his journey with us as a Facilities, Maintenance & Support Trainee. 💙
