Biggest snow in 2 years seems almost a lock for DC area. Snow starts Sunday morning, and 2-4" is likely by evening. More is likely Sunday night into Mon or Tues...the question is how much. Another 2-4"+ is possible, but lower confidence. Detailed briefing: wapo.st/3pzvPjN
