Americans shouldn't dismiss the problems in France as not being an issue for us because we borrow in the world's reserve currency. The euro is second to the dollar in global forex reserves. Plus, central banks are selling their dollars to buy gold. Our debt crisis will be bigger.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 HOLY HELL! RUSSIAN BALLISTIC MISSILES ARE RAINING DOWN ON KYIV AGAIN
Footage reportedly shows multiple missiles SLAMMING into the Ukrainian capital as Russia continues hammering the country's energy infrastructure.
The INSANE part: days ago, Trump was talking about an energy ceasefire.
Instead, Ukraine has reported 76 Russian attacks on its energy sector in a SINGLE WEEK.
Meanwhile, Kyiv is heading toward winter with its power grid under fire and air defenses stretched dangerously thin.
Some ceasefire.

Oil is down as Ukraine is blowing up a Russian oil export terminal.
Meanwhile, a tanker hit a mine in Hormuz and blew up.
At the same time, Egypt is entering the war against the Houthis.
Someone saw all of this and decided to short oil directly at the open...
This is the most fucked-up oil market ever.

BREAKING: The U.S. is likely posturing for larger attacks on Iran, having issued urgent security and travel alerts across the Middle East — spanning Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the UAE and Israel — warning Americans of potential missile and drone attacks, sudden airspace closures and flight cancellations, and urging them to consider leaving immediately, per official embassy advisories.
It comes hours after Netanyahu said in a campaign video on Sunday: “Only the two of us will destroy the Iranian nuclear program,” stating that he and Trump would eliminate the Iranian threat soon.
Earlier that day, he told Israeli security correspondents that his goal was to bring down the regime itself, saying: “Our plan is to bring about the collapse of the regime… That is the instruction I have given to all security agencies.”
Another round of attacks now appears to be inevitable, as Iran warns that any new attack will be treated as an all-out regional war.

European diesel prices are exploding, approaching $200/barrel...
Meanwhile, today's Eurostat report shows eurozone industrial production contracted another 1.1% yoy.
Germany's industrial production is already almost 10% below 2021 levels.
And now another massive energy shock is hitting Europe's already struggling industrial base.
Higher diesel prices mean higher transportation costs, higher production costs and ultimately higher inflation.
But companies can't simply pass on these costs indefinitely...
Margins get crushed, production gets cut, and more factories become uncompetitive.
In other words, Europe is facing another stagflationary shock.
The ECB can fight inflation by crushing demand via rate hikes even further worsening the deindustrialization trend and the sovereign debt crisis
Europe is fucked...

BREAKING: Ukraine has launched a "massive aerial attack," consisting of over 1,000 drones, striking a major oil terminal in Russia.
The attack comes exactly 7 days after President Trump said Ukraine and Russia had agreed to an "energy ceasefire."
Following the announcement, Ukraine's President Zelensky quickly stated that he was unaware of such a ceasefire.
This comes after President Trump asked Ukraine several times to refrain from strikes on energy infrastructure due to surging US diesel prices, which are up over +80% since January.
Oil markets will reopen in 9 hours.
